Affordly is a financial planning tool — not a bank, lender, or advisor. Forecasts are estimates and shouldn't replace professional advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Affordly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to use Affordly. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Premium Services
Affordly offers a free tier and paid premium plans. Premium features are described on our pricing page and may change as the product evolves. Buying a subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use those features while the subscription is active.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe). Affordly does not store your full payment card details. Premium subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. After cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the financial information you enter and for the decisions you make. Affordly is a planning aid — you should review and verify any analysis before acting on it.
8. Acceptable Use
Don't use Affordly to break the law, harm others, attempt to access another user's data, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
9. AI-Generated Content
Affordly uses AI to produce explanations, suggestions, and forecasts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Treat it as one input among many — not as a final answer.
10. Forecast Accuracy
Affordability scores and future projections are estimates based on the information you provide and reasonable assumptions. Real-world outcomes will differ. We make no guarantees about accuracy or future financial results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Affordly and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses arising from decisions you make using the service. Affordly is provided "as is" and "as available."
12. Intellectual Property
The Affordly name, logo, app, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the data you enter. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data so we can deliver Affordly to you.
13. Termination
You can stop using Affordly anytime and delete your account from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users or the service.
14. Changes to Services
We're constantly improving Affordly. Features may be added, changed, or retired over time. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying users.
15. Governing Law
